Magazine Print Order Analyst

PubWorX, a Miami-based industry leader in direct marketing, production, and circulation management services, is looking for a Magazine Print Order Analyst with at least two years of experience in a high-volume environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the department director to assist in the development and creation of periodical printing and binding reports (Print Orders)
  • Collect and compile data from multiple sources and vendors, and organize into excel spreadsheets
  • Create magazine print order reports to determine copy distribution, communicate print and bind instructions, distribution instructions and print timing
  • Liaison with printer and publishers for timeliness and accuracy of print order needs
  • Assemble subscription information and upload to multiple online vendor sites for proper print and email deployment
  • Work with department manager utilizing print order and circulation data to create and submit yearly postal audit reports to the USPS
  • Compile information to create bi-yearly magazine circulation audit statements for multi-title publishers

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
  • Must be organized and detail oriented
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • PC proficient – strong Excel skills a must

  • Reduced cost for future maintenance and changes in content/offers; after testing changes rolled out to the client’s other brands.
